I recently contacted a large company in Luanda after seeing a lot of advertising for them on TV and billboards.
I went to their website and filled in the contact form to find out about their services but no one responded. After a few days, I called the contact number on the website. They said they would return my call but they didn’t.
How is it possible for a company that spends millions of Kwanzas on advertising, on various campaigns to attract customers, when customers contact them, behave like this?
Companies that do not offer above average services and do not care about their customers, in my opinion, it is a matter of time before they cease to exist. It is necessary to exceed the expectations of your customers, always do something extra than they expect
People are increasingly demanding. And with so many purchasing options and increasing competition, anyone who does not offer a service that is at least reasonable has no chance of surviving in a market as competitive as the Angolan one is becoming.
The most important element in any business is to give the customer 5 star treatment, otherwise you won’t have business for long.
